From my recent experience onboard the Oriana, delegates tired very quickly from being told that every product and service was 'unique, tailored, bespoke, etc'. Clearly all the suppliers were of the same high calibre, so the only differentiating factor was 'did I like this person enough to do business with them?' The people that got the best reviews were the ones that people liked, so take a tip from the Flirt Guru and make the effort!
