Conference tip...

I spoke at a conference in Brighton last week and have to pass these tips on to anyone who's arranging a conference in the warm weather. Credit to Monique from Teksys , she knows that the route to a satisfied audience is through their stomach (and a good speaker - obviously). She organised;

unlimited ice-cream in the room,
as well as pop corn
and candy floss
to top it off, lunch was a picnic on the beach.

It may be the 'E' numbers talking, but we all thought it was great.
